BUHLMANN GROUP EXTENDS PORTFOLIO
Een warm welkom Hellebeuk B.V.

Our company continues to grow and we are pleased to introduce a new "family member": The Dutch company Hellebeuk B.V., located in Valkenburg aan de Geul near Maastricht and with a sales office in Tiel, now belongs to the BUHLMANN GROUP retroactively as of January 1st, 2020.

The family business Hellebeuk was founded in 1963 and operates mainly as a trading company for round, square and rectangular pipes, butt weld, threaded, and press fittings, valves, flanges and other accessories. With the comprehensive stock range, customers are not only served in the Netherlands, but also in Germany, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Spain, Hungary and Italy. The chemical and food industries, the installation sector, technical wholesale, the water treatment and heavy industry are supplied.

Hellebeuk with approximately a dozen employees fits perfectly into our group of companies: Premium goods and service have the same high value here as is mandatory for the BUHLMANN GROUP. "The high delivery availability and fast response times as well as the high quality and service standards are a perfect match for our service portfolio", says BUHLMANN Managing Director and Chief Technical Officer Dr. Christian Baum, who has also taken over management of Hellebeuk. "Due to the similar product range, we work on familiar ground, so that we can bring in our strengths on the one hand and benefit from new product know-how and new purchasing strategies on the other hand", adds Dr. Baum.

The fact that the new colleagues bring a great deal of know-how with them is demonstrated by the successful placement of the company on the market. The Technisch Handelsbureau Hellebeuk B.V., which can be found on the Internet at www.hellebeuk.nl, scores points not only with its extensive stock range and fast delivery of large-format products, but also with an automated warehouse for small parts, as can also be found at the group locations in Oud-Beijerland and Burghausen. "We are looking forward to the cooperation and welcome the new employees".

The takeover of the Dutch company means an extension of the business and customer areas as well as the expansion of the BUHLMANN storage capacities. Thus, the BUHLMANN GROUP is consistently continuing its strategy of inorganic growth as well.
